External Producer

We are currently looking for an External Producer to join our team. In this role, you ensure successful relationships with our partners and report directly to our Head of Franchise. Still curious? As an External Producer you will:
- Drive the development of Star Stable products created in partnership with external studios.
- Shape and align the product vision and goals for such products together with product leadership.
- Work with our partners as they balance expectations on delivery, budgets, and quality. Ensure effective support from Star Stable from both a creative and logistics point of view.
- Provide recommendations and/or coach teams through challenges as they navigate the different stages of the production process.
- Facilitate collaboration between development partners and other areas of the Star Stable organization. Work with stakeholders to establish priorities and manage expectations.
- Ensure the presence of clear strategy, roadmaps, delivery schedules, release plans, stakeholder reviews, and other artifacts we may require throughout the publishing process.
- Coordinate launch efforts across different areas of business, and ensure that the released product is a match for Star Stable’s quality and business outcomes expectations.
- Contribute to the improvement of Star Stable’s publishing process and collaboration with external partners.


We are looking for someone who:

- Has significant experience in a similar role in the games industry, for example, Producer, External Producer, Line Producer, Publishing Producer on platforms such as PC, Mac, Mobile or Game Consoles.
- Is able to understand players and business needs, and ensures our partners know as well.
- Is able to develop trust relationships based on positive intent and transparency, even when working with external and/or remote teams.
- Has deep knowledge of the market and the characteristics of live products
- Has knowledge of third-party storefronts and certification processes
