We are looping for a senior project leader to Alfa Laval's Genuine Parts Program with a mission to grow their High Speed Separators (HSS) parts business and create customer proven values, educate their external and internal Sales team, to promote and sell genuine spare parts within Marine. The consultant project will start as soon as possible until end of June 2020 and you will be located in Tumba. ABOUT THE ROLE
Mission: Grow Alfa Laval's HSS parts business through customer values and mutual efficient process with the customers (Crew – Superintendents and purchasing). Provide a proven value of a lower OPEX, by customers working together with Alfa Laval.
Project objectives/goals:
1. Bundling parts with other Service offerings
2. Methodology for Market Share growth for parts (with kept profitability)
•Review and improve Pricing (from IB not OR)
• Create the foundation of GPP training program:
- External Sales
- Internal Sales
• CMSP (Condition Monitoring Spare Parts) as a Service
• Improve the mutual procurement process, driven by efficiency, with customers
• Communication (External and internal)
• Clear Maintenance procedures and recommendations
• Extended warranty period defined
WHO YOU ARE
- Senior project leader
- Experience from the marine industry is a merit but not a requirement
- Previous experience in B2B creating value with spare parts as a natural main ingredient in the customer offering.
- Demonstrated ability to connect services and products, to bundle and build customer loyalty.
- Fluent in English
