External Supply manager - Sealing & Creasing

Within Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment - Sealing & Creasing is the responsible unit for all supply of sealing equipment and creasing tools to the Tetra Pak group.This team is now looking for a person to manage the external supply chain.

This important and challenging position has the following main responsibilities:

- Proactively lead all external supply activities related to quality and delivery for Sealing & Creasing related parts and equipment, to ensure that we always are prepared to fulfil our targets and requirements.

- Work closely with our key stakeholders and partners, such as Development & Engineering and Parts Supply Chain in Commercial Operations.

- Lead our key projects and improvement teams involving the external supply chain and thoroughly participate in related WCM pillars and teams.

- Communicate with our suppliers on a daily basis and drive monthly performance follow-up.

- Be a member in the core team.


This position will report to the Factory Manager, SCO Capital Equipment S&C.

Kvalifikationer

We put strong emphasis on finding a person with excellent skills in communication in combination with high technical ability.We need someone who is used to work with supply management and/or similar type of production in a team-oriented manner.Furthermore, we need someone with a high personal drive, result orientation and a team attitude.

You have the experience of working with change/quality management processes, especially WCM/Lean/TPM programs on a high level.Having experience in the Injection Moulding industry will be a strong advantage.A university degree, preferably with a chemistry specialisation Is an advantage.Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English is a must.You also must be prepared to travel about 90 days/year.
