The job itself
You will be part of a very competent, experienced, and dedicated team where collaboration and teamwork are important ingredients in our agile way of working. The main tasks will consist of extruding advanced tubing. With an open mindset, you are involved in moving the boundaries of what is possible, with the aim of producing a better product. The job also includes preparing and setting up the line before running the tube. Similarly, cleaning and maintenance of extruders and tools are also included and keeping the lines tidy in general is something that is of importance as well. Careful documentation, summation and analysis of each run is a very important ingredient to provide feedback to our Process and Polymer Engineers. Extrusion runs can be done independently, within the team, together with employees of the Optinova group or in collaboration with staff from any of our global customers.

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
You want to be one of the best in the world when it comes to extrusion and creating joy at work. To fit into this role, you must have the will to test new materials and ways to extrude in an environment where conditions can change quickly. This is incredibly important as we run tubes that often have never been run before and that test the limits of what is possible. In addition, open discussion and interaction with other team members and external experts is an important part of the job, in order to get different perspectives on tasks and challenges and to come up with solutions together. Previous experience from extrusion is considered a merit.
