We are a leading Transactions team in the region and our clients include the largest Nordic PE funds and corporations. We are growing rapidly and have ambitious growth plans. Currently we are specifically looking for strong project leaders with great experience from the Australian market to our Transaction Support team in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:
You will participate in and lead due diligence engagements related to acquisitions and divestments by private equity investor groups and large corporates. You will analyze financial/operational aspects of target companies and give advice regarding valuation, purchase price adjustments, sale and purchase agreement and deal structuring. We work together with our integration team to identify post-acquisition steps for deal implementation and/or help our clients to achieve anticipated synergies and earnings/cash flow improvements.

We put great emphasis on people development. As a project leader you are a senior member of the team and expected to lead by example and successfully supervise, coach, and mentor all levels of staff. You will also generate new business opportunities and build lasting client relationships.

Your profile:
A bachelors or masters degree in business, accounting or finance and approximately 4-8 years of work experience related to transactions in a consulting firm

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills together with strong client and relationship-building skills

Ability to work effectively at a high pace and with multiple engagements

Proactive and take initiative with an ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas

Fluent in Swedish or English in combination with a working knowledge in a Nordic language
