Hyper Island B2B Sweden is looking to grow our team with a person passionate about facilitating and designing learning experiences true to our core design principles: Learn by Doing, developing Self-leadership, Learn to learn, and Real-world relevant.

We believe that you have a few years of experience in facilitating & designing learning experiences and workshops. As a facilitator & learning designer...

.. you work project-based and with our open courses as well as business clients. Your main assignments are facilitating engaging learning experiences, adapting and developing learning designs, and creating learning materials.

You’re a creative problem solver, highly collaborative, and flexible in your ways of working. You’ll be reporting to the Team Lead Learning Experience, and work closely with our Hyper Island team as well as clients and our network of collaborators.

We expect everyone on the team to look for opportunities to bring even more value to current and new clients, why you also need to be motivated to help bring in new projects.

This is a role in our Swedish hub, but working with clients across Europe and sometimes beyond. At the moment most of our projects are delivered online or in Sweden, but in the future, this role might include travel for client deliveries.

Examples of responsibilities for a facilitator & learning designer

- Adapt, design, and deliver experiential learning experiences, online, face-to-face, and blended
- Create learning materials: curate and produce content, build landing pages, etc
- Community management for the experiences that you facilitate
- Build trusting client relationships that are aimed at long term partnerships
- Have the potential to be a thought leader in topics of your passion


This is the Experience & Competence we are looking for

You...

- Are a learning designer and facilitator, with a few years of experience from working across industries and with diverse participant groups
- You are familiar with the language, perspectives, and priorities of various stakeholders in the business context (e.g. C-suite leaders, HR, leadership development, learning & development, marketers, creatives, etc)
- Have an interest in and are curious about digital transformation and how it’s impacting society and organizations.
- Passion for areas like Digital Marketing, Technology/Data, and Creativity & Innovation.

- Marketing, design, or business education preferred, as well as relevant work experience within the training/education industry.
- Passion for education and digital technologies/innovation/leadership.

- Confident communicator with great storytelling abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to self-organize.
- Native/near-native English skills


Location

Based in Stockholm - we are also open to a remote work agreement.
