Facilities Manager

Samsung is looking for a Facilities Manager based at our Nordic headquarters in Kista. You will be responsible for our offices and services in the Nordic countries, leading a team of 5 people. In your role you will be directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, office reorganizations, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling. You will report to the HR-Director.

Key responsibilities:
- Budgeting and purchase of fixed assets
- Building and grounds maintenance, ensuring the buildings meets health and safety requirements
- Lead office reorganizations and building projects
- Contract Management including agreements with local vendors
- Company Security in all 4 countries
- Space management in our offices


Suitable background:
- At least 5 years? experience from working with similar tasks
- Experience from a fast moving international environment
- Leadership experience
- Good Swedish and English skills, other Nordic languages is an advantage

In this position it is essential that you have the ability to negotiate with external parties as well as being a team player internally. Since the position has a Nordic responsibility the role includes travelling.
