Anocca is a dynamic platform-based biotechnology company, based in modern labs in the Biovation Science Park in Södertälje. We are leading the way to a new generation of cancer therapies that harness the power of the immune system. We are a young group of 100 people from over 30 countries, and we are growing rapidly. At Anocca we have developed a proprietary, innovative biological platform for high-throughput, systematic interrogation of the human immune system with high precision, which is first aimed at enabling treatment of cancers. With a range of novel capabilities, Anocca is continuing to deploy our proprietary technologies into new areas of research, while also focusing on bringing our first T-cell therapies for cancer to clinical trials using our own manufacturing capabilities. The manufacturing facility has ~800 m2 of qualified cleanrooms, and ~150 pieces of controlled equipment.


Job description

We are looking for a highly motivated Facility and Equipment Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the development and daily running of the manufacturing facility and all manufacturing equipment, to ensure smooth operations in compliance with our QMS, relevant laws, regulations and standards.


We imagine that you already have a few years of relevant high-quality experience from the Life Science industry – but we are more interested in finding the right person. You must have excellent English and Swedish communication skills and be capable of working as part of a broader team but also demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward. You will be the one and only facility and equipment manager in the GMP organisation, so we think you are comfortable both in and around the cleanrooms and at your desk.


 


Position Details:



• On-site, in our Södertälje facilities
• Position is full-time, permanent, with 6-months probation


What you must have:



• Significant and relevant experience with GMP
• Experience with cleanrooms of grade A through D
• Experience with FMS/EMS
• Good time management skills and proficiency in stringent documentation
• Be capable of working as part of a team but should also demonstrate initiative to drive projects forward
• Excellent English and Swedish communication skills


What you will do:



• Ensure facility and equipment are kept in a controlled state
• Manage service contracts and providers of preventive maintenance, requalification and repair of manufacturing equipment, cleanrooms and cleanroom supporting media
• Manage FMS/EMS, including new installations, periodic reporting and requalifications
• Be the conduit to in-house IT department and external IT partners
