Amaya Gaming is looking for a Facility coordinator to join our Office Management Team. You will be part of a global, growing and fast moving company. The position is based in our Stockholm office. As the Facility Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring that the office is maintained. You make sure that our office is a safe and inspiring working environment. This includes service and maintenance of our kitchen, conference areas, elevators and staircases. You also have a close contact with the landlord and their facility services. Planning and performing internal moves together with Office Manager is another important task as well as organizing events and any moves related. You also perform inventories in storages and offices and are responsible for adjusting tables, chairs and other ergonomically equipment.
Your place at the table
Your role is to maintain the office facilities. This includes responsibility for the following:
- Taking care of the kitchen and the breakfast, including the coffee machines on each floor
- Taking care of incoming and outgoing material and postage
- Making sure that Frontdesk has any required office supply
- Taking care of the conference area
- Recycling, such as emptying all recycle bins around the office
- Lighting around the office
- Helping out in Frontdesk when needed
Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role we think you possess the following:
- Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
- Good computer knowledge
- Preferably earlier experience from a similar job
- Be able to perform heavy lifts
- High School Degree
- Driver's license
