As a Facility Management Leader, you need knowledge within the scope of Facility Management and ways of working, as well as of its business processes. You follow global trends and developments within the area and find ways to implement new things and being innovative. We need you who are experienced within risk management and knows how to mitigate risks.

To be successful as a Facility Management Leader you need:


• academic degree or professional qualification in Facilities Management
• experience in a multi-unit facilities management organisation, preferably from Retail
• knowledge of relevant Facilities Management systems and reviews


If you are an internal candidate from Ingka Group you could have had positions like Operations Manager from Ingka Centres or from Retail as Business Navigator and understand how our stores works.


Last, but not least – you are a true ambassador for IKEA culture and values. You always keep the values at heart when taking decisions and influencing others in a positive way.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Facility Management Leader, you will enable Ingka to optimise the value and efficiency of each property in a safe, compliant and sustainable way. This will also be done according to the Real Estate scope in Ingka by providing guidance and support, minimum requirements, standards, guidelines, methods and tools for Facility Management.


Amongst many other tasks, you will:


• Develop the Facility Management competence in Ingka in cooperation with relevant stakeholders and supporting functions
• Deliver support and guidance to the clusters and countries
• Follow up of permits, licenses, certificates and reporting measures in order to stay compliant
• Implement best practice Facility Management throughout Ingka
• Support and give guidance to Ingka business owners
