Facility Manager

We are looking for a Facility Manager to our client in Malmö. Our
client is a part of a large international company in the food
industry. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
You will be responsible to secure that our client have a buildning
standard that meets local regulation, requirements and the needs of
production, logistics and distribution operation.

Your main responsibilities are;

* Building maintenence, re- and new constructions
* Building supply of electricity, ventilation, water, sewage,
cooling, heating and steam
* Interior and exterior environment of the premises regarding
handling cleaning and gardening
* Contacts with authorities
* Telephone issues in the company
* Project Management, small as well as large projects within
facility
* Procurement, e.g. leading tender processes

YOUR PROFILE
We believe that you have professional qualifications in the field of
facility and site service. You have previous experience from, project
management of buildning construction projects, experience in budgeting
and cost follow up and management experience.

You have following competencies; 

* Engagement and ability to lead yourself and others with a doer
mentality
* Commitment and drive to lead change and innovation
* Ability to create good supplier relationships

As a person you have a proactive approach, are structured, and dare
to take decisions. You can take own initiatives and work
independently. To be successful in this role you will also need to
have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely
with several parties within the company.
