Facility Manager
Your role
You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Swedish data centre, you lead and develop our facility and maintenance team to keep everything running effectively. This will involve developing preventative infrastructure maintenance schedules, introducing operational procedures and supervising major projects. At the same time, you’ll be a motivational manager to your team, developing their knowledge and skills and ensuring they provide a quality 24/7 service, while following all health and safety regulations. With a degree of autonomy and the scope to influence the smooth running of a fast-paced data centre, this is an excellent opportunity to make your mark.
What you’ll need
· Experience of managing a 24/7 operations and maintenance team in a technical organisation, supporting critical infrastructure
· Strong budget, resource planning, administrative and leadership skills
· Knowledge of managing a team to meet KPIs
· Good technical/electrical and maintenance background
· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical subject or equivalent
· Extensive engineering experience in an electro-technical or industrial/mechanical environment
· Fluent in both Swedish and English
