About the roleAre you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for creating exceptional workplaceexperiences? We are seeking a dynamic Facility Manager to join our team and take full charge of ouroffice in Stockholm and support our other offices in Oslo, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Amsterdam! If youhave a knack for managing office operations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a top-notch workingenvironment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the office team. Oversee workplace experience initiatives to keep things exciting and engaging for everyone. Facilitate effective internal communication and keep everyone in the loop. Manage all office-related contracts, procurement, and budgets for the Stockholm office,ensuring we stay on track. Ensure health and safety compliance and manage safety committee reporting. Oversee security, including ISO compliance, alarms, cameras, and access control. Develop and manage office seating plans to keep our workspace functional and comfortable. Establish and enforce office policies and guidelines to keep things running smoothly. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service to make our offices welcoming andprofessional. Manage and update the office intranet with the latest info and updates.In addition to your responsibilities in Stockholm, you will: Take on similar duties for offices in the Netherlands and Norway, including contractnegotiation, procurement, security, seating plans, and internal communication. Manage existing tenants and handle leasing. Assist other offices across our markets as needed. Handle invoices related to our offices. Oversee office sustainability reporting for all markets.
Qualifications Proven experience in facility management or a similar role. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities. Proficiency in budget management and procurement. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Familiarity with security systems, including ISO standards, alarms, and access control. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
