We are now looking for an experienced Facility Manager, with strong interest in Workplace Strategies, for our offices in Stockholm!
You will join H&M Group's Corporate Real Estate department, a great team with wide experience within office real estate and workplace development. The team is responsible for the company's office portfolio consisting of more than 500 offices globally. With offices at the heart of how we work, creating fit-for-purpose workspaces is more important than ever before.
Your main responsibility will be to deliver a safe and inspiring workplace experience for our colleagues at H&M Group's Head office in Liljeholmen. You will also be part in developing the H&M Group's workplace strategy for offices. You will report directly to H&M Head of Corporate Real Estate.

Responsibilities
The role includes responsibilities such as:
Assuring the daily site facility management of our offices in Liljeholmen.
Coordinate and develop workplace strategies.
Managing workplace improvement projects.
Reporting budget spending.
Managing a smaller office support team.
Building great relations with stakeholders and acting as primary contact with our departments, landlords and service providers.

Support in developing the functionality and design of our offices to meet future demands.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we believe you need the following:
Several years of experience form similar roles.
Adequate higher education within relevant field.
Negotiation experience.
Project management experience.
Strong budget management skills.
Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
Capability to think outside the box.
Be thorough and detail oriented.
Enjoy a high pace with a lot of responsibility in an entrepreneurial environment.
