Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) works customer oriented and takes specific Real Estate (RE) sustainable solutions along the business progression. For this purpose CREM develops and defines Group-wide standards for the provision of cost-effective and high-quality property-specific services for all management units of Uniper. CREM manages and is responsible for standards in three main processes "provision, operation and utilization" for non-business-specific real estate. Thus perceives CREM both strategic and operational real estate management tasks, to support the Core Business.
Sydkraft AB is looking for a new Facility Manager Sweden
Technical and infrastructural management of Uniper's office locations in Sweden - taking over responsibilities for operations and budgets for assigned locations
Emergency management
Responsible for implementation of comprehensive standards based on Uniper's SLA within facility management
Commercial real estate leasing
Supervision of subcontractor services especially regarding operator obligations/duties
Approval of subcontractor services and tracking of warranties
Technical supervision of buildings and facilities including operational costs and optimization actions
Monitoring of terms and regulations
Implementation of necessary documentation
Claim settlement
Direct reporting to the director of CREM
Close cooperation with Commercial Property Mgmt. regarding budget planning and controlling on site level
Close cooperation with Procurement including tender and allocation
University degree in Facility Management or cognate disciplines like architecture, civil, mechanical or electrical engineering
At least five years of work experience in the field of Real Estate - Property/Facility Management
Very good knowledge of supply engineering (heating, ventilation and climate control units) and/or organization of processes and supervision of technical and infrastructural facility services
Sound knowledge of building and maintenance management
Good knowledge of the MS-Office suite as well SAP and CAFM
closeness with budgeting and planning processes
Negotiation skills safety and assertiveness
Being proactive, dedication to work and commitment to a high level of service
Confident appearance
Ability to work under pressure and in a team
Fluent in English and Swedish, desirable fluent German.
Willingness for business travels
