Your challenge – and what you can expect
We are looking for a Facility Manager who will be responsible for managing our facility and support towards our organization in Täby. You will lead a team of outsourced operative resources and your responsibilities also include:

• Ensuring that the day-to-day operations of the facility including janitorial, service, engineering and general maintenance are implemented and carried out in a consistent manner.
• Responsiblity for the facility budget and monitoring.
• Work with continuous improvements on deliveries and processes.
• Strategic work within Facility, including planning and budgeting projects, safety, work environment, perimeter security and processes.
• Managing contacts and coordination of internal and external stakeholders and actors, such as government agencies, commune, consultants, contractors, craftsmen and architects.
• Compliance with the law and intelligence within the Facility.
• Procurement and contracts.

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge through 5-year work experience in Facility management.
• Experience of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 with good knowledge in process development and documentation.
• Good knowledge of legal compliance and safety.
• Documented experience in management in construction and real estate.
• Good knowledge of construction law and security issues.
• Good negotiating skills.
• Experience in Procurement and good business understanding.
• Good knowledge of Office package.
• Excellent team leading and project management skills.
• Driven and analytic with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken alike.
