We seek experienced and skilled professionals to join our small, fast moving team developing a new electric aircraft in Sweden. We’re in a very expansive phase and now is the time to join our team.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Facility & Office Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our company’s needs and contracts for both our current and future office. You will work in the Business Office Department and report to the Head of HR. The office will expand from 110 up to 500 employees as we grow. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of our office and that it meets health and safety standards and legal requirements. To succeed in this role, we see that you are a driven and engaged person with a can-do attitude. Heart is in an expansive phase, and you will play a big role in ensuring the delivery of our facility and office needs.

You will plan and coordinate our needs, orders, deliveries, and installations of:

- Office furniture
- Hardware, computers, and IT
- Building security, locks, alarms, and safety for both the hangar and our offices
- Parking space, shared company cars
- Fire safety and SBA work
- Insurances for the property/building
- Contracts with vending machine supplier
- Cleaning and janitor services from supplier

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working as facility manager or other relevant position/project
- Project Management experience
- Knowledge of the Swedish health and safety regulations
- Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent planning and coordinating skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
- Eagerness to work with others
- Passion for aircraft and Heart’s mission

- Ability to solve problems with ease and promptitude and is a “doer”
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
