Pilot Plant & Logistic is leaping towards a great future, and we are in the middle of a challenging and interesting transformation phase where we are preparing the Plant towards next generation of batteries and electrical vehicles. We are now looking for a process and production development /Facility Engineer who will optimize our facilities and improve our assembly flows to success!

About us
The department Prototype Build & Verification is responsible for the prototype build and the verification environment, and this is an opportunity to move into the world of product development. We provide test objects and test result in order to support the development of new products.
The Prototype Build and Verification consist of different facilities such as Test facilities, Laboratories, Workshops, Concept Center, Measurement Technology and Calibration.
Pilot plant & logistic are an important part of this and responsible for the hole value chain from specification to building of physical test objects for product and process verification. The department consist of approximately 200 colleagues in 6 specialized groups, experts and support functions.

What you will do
We are now looking for our next committed and collaborative colleague who is eager to join us!
You will be a part of our pilot plant team and work in early concept phases with pre-studies, develop our assembly plants and securing that we are working in a Lean and proactive way to meet future requirements. Together with the cross functional team and stakeholders you will play a crucial role to secure infrastructure & facilities.  
With your knowledge you will support investment projects and drive improvements by identifying bottlenecks and addressing needed actions.
You will make an important contribution, bringing value to the whole chain and we believe the best results are achieved together with the team while having fun.

You and your skills  
We believe you have a BSc in engineering, mechatronics or similar. You have experience from automation processes and ability to optimize flows/implement LEAN principles for improvements. You have a high-level business acumen in combination with the strong technical understanding, with ability to make high level cost calculations due to technical solutions & requirements.
You are interested in the automotive world and infrastructures issues and you are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

To thrive in this position, you have a genuine interest in technology and believe there is always possibilities to utilize. You possess a strong initiative capability to make things happen and don´t hesitate to strive towards the goal even in tough situations.
You have good collaborations skills and like to interact with others wile still enjoy deep dive analyses and engineering on your own. As a person you are engaging and enthusiastic with a strategic and pedagogical approach.
