About the position
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Factory and Business Controller. This pivotal role comprises two distinct components where you will spend approximately the same amount of time on each: Factory Controller for Arvika and Business Controller for the BU WBCS & Acoustics. As a key member of the management team, your role will be to organize and structure financial processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to internal controls. You will report to BU Director WBCS and Acoustics. This position is based in Gothenburg or Arvika.
Factory Controller for Arvika:
• Oversee financial processes and control systems within the Arvika factory.
• Collaborate closely with the factory management team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models for the factory's operations.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful analysis to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and propose effective solutions.
Business Controller for the BU WBCS & Acoustics:
• Act as a financial advisor in the management team, providing comprehensive and accurate financial information.
• Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts for the business unit.
• Perform financial analysis and present key insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and assess business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and accounting standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in financial controlling, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in using financial software and good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or other related field.
