Within Finance & Business Transformation team, we are looking for a Factory Controller in Business Control, Supply Chain Operations.
The position provides a good platform for development in Finance and Business Control area with a good view into the SCO Packaging Material business and manufacturing environment.
This is a permanent position based in Sunne, Sweden. Position offers flexibility to partly work from home or from our other factories in Skoghall or Imatra. Position reports directly to Factory Controller Tetra Rex located in Sunne. Travels are limited.
What you will do
As our Factory Controller, you will:
· Perform business control activities, such as monthly closing process, according to the group reporting requirements, expenses control and follow up
· Report and analyse factory performance indicators (KPI), for actual and budget, analyse factory waste
· Participate on monthly stock check activities
· Follow up investment spending plan for actual, cash flow forecast and budget, support investment appraisal business cases and follow up actual results vs business case
· Provide production costs variance and trends analysis
· Support the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) culture in the factory, be active member of cost pillar and participate in other pillars to provide analysis on monetary savings
· Develop and implement cost effectiveness initiatives, improvement and saving opportunities
· Ensure compliance to corporate governance policies and procedures and monitor compliance to internal control framework

We believe you have:
· Master’s degree in business administration or Accounting & Finance.
· At least 2 years’ experience in similar position, preferably in manufacturing industry.
· Competences in cost and price analysis, investment cash flow, planning & forecasting techniques, and financial reporting principles, familiar with process orientation and performance measurement.
· Proficiency in SAP, MS Office, advanced user of BO and Power BI.
· You are fluent in English, both written and verbally.
