We are looking for a Factory Controller for our Heat Exchanger assembly factory in Lund.
About the job
You will have an opportunity to join a high growth company, be part of the Lund Assembly management team and the product group controlling team where you will drive overall performance and secure adherence to group policies, guidelines, and processes. This is an opportunity to work with world class products and be part of a journey to optimize the assembly structure.
You will have a voice and use your creativity, operational, analytical skills and share process improvement or efficiency solutions to turn strategies into real action.
Your main responsibilities
Monthly reporting and analysis of the results and to proactively support the Factory Manager and management team in their decision making
Drive forecast and budget preparations
Secure compliance to group policies and processes
Participation in projects and activities to continuously improve the factory performance
Review workflows and participate in process improvement

What you know
After you earned your University degree, which included basic accounting, we think that you have worked 3-5 years in similar positions and that you are ready for your next challenge
Working knowledge of ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 0365 would be an advantage
PowerBI and Qlikview are beneficial
Fluent in English, Swedish language proficiency is an advantage
