About the job
As a Coordinator in Operations you will work independently but at the same time cooperate with others both internally and externally. Your main responsibility will be to support the two Factory Managers and to some extent Unit Managers, HR BP and Finance/Controllers in the everyday work.
Key tasks:
* Organizing and book meetings and conferences
* Write protocols at the management- and project meetings
* Update Sharepoint collaboration sites on company intranet and handle access rights to different it systems for Operations
* Taking care of invoice handling and internal financial bookings
* Support HR and managers with administrative tasks in eg recruitment and organizational changes
* Participate in smaller projects such as office moves, hiring, summer-workers
* Follow-up decided activities
What you know
You are fluent in English and feel comfortable in expressing yourself both verbally and in text. You are positive, self-going and feel comfortable in dealing with many stakeholders internally and externally on different levels in an international environment and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
To succeed in this position:
* Relevant working experience – preferable in an assistant role supporting a management team
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and Sharepoint, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
* Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys challenge
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
