Hitachi Energy is looking for a Factory Financial Analyst to join the team at Composites in Piteå, Sweden. At Composites, we develop and manufacture market-leading composite insulators for high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage devices. Our customers are located all over the world, both inside and outside Hitachi.
As a Factory Financial Analyst at Composites, your main responsibility will be to manage and maintain the organization’s accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. You will also play a critical role in providing financial and controlling expertise to the organization and factory in Piteå as well as to senior management. These tasks required you to be an organized person, who is careful to do thing accurately and can manage multiple tasks at the same time.

Your Responsibilities
Supporting all preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting.
Compiling and analyzing financial metrics and business performance and comparing with budget and forecasts.
Working in close contact with factory management to analyze drivers of financial performance and trends, as well as proposing improvement actions.
Preparing financial modelling for potential scenarios and impacts on the factory.
Assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports and presentations to inform management of analyses and recommendations.
Maintaining proper audit trail and documentation for future tax/internal/external audits and reviews.
Your Background
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related area.
Previous experience working with business and/or factory controlling, accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, or other tasks similar to the description above is meritorious.
Analytical and accounting skills are essential.
Good knowledge of SAP (or equivalent) and MS Excel is necessary.
Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and driven person with an ambition to learn and develop, capable of working both alone and as part of a team.
Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Elementary/intermediate level Swedish is required.
