Are you passionate about Factory floor IT (FFIT) systems, digitalization and working in a international production environment, where your responsibilities ensure a fascinating transformation of our way we work in operations? Are you interested in working in the world´s largest food and beverage company? Then maybe you are our new FFIT and automations engineer working in our Zoegas factory in Helsingborg Sweden.
Your future challenges
As the responsible for FFIT systems and digitalization at the factory, you will be an essential player in reaching the factory vision “to be a top performing Nestle Factory driven by proud coffee experts taking responsibility for the planet!” through passion and technological expertise! You will lead the factory digital transformation by implementing the new global Nestlé MES system. You will be a part of implementing the digital vision and strategy for the organization and ensures its integration with the organization’s overall strategic plans with the support from the Nordic Digitalization Manager. In addition, you will support the Factory Engineering Manager with the detailed planning and execution of Nestlé digitalization initiatives.
Your main task will include:
• Managing the factory FFIT-/MES-system, FFIT assets and ensuring their compliance to Nestlé standards.
• Supporting factory operations in trouble shooting within automation and FFIT systems.
• Participates in Capital Investments projects in the factory ensuring that the technical solution follows corporate and market standards.
• Responsibilities in the project area: preparation of the end user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of the main users (production, quality etc.), the follow up of the solution development, the pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews. With extensive knowledge and understanding of the evolving digital market, acts as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to technology and business.
• Link to the Nordic Digitalization Manager, other zone experts and above market expert communities.

You will report to the Factory Engineering Manager an be part of the engineering team. You will have a strong connection to the Nordic Digitalization Manager and the other Nordic factories. Good communication and management of your stakeholders will play an important role in your day-to-day activities. You will have connection to internal senior stakeholders as well to external partners and contractors.

You will be part of the Nestlé technical network and with support from the Factory Engineering Manager and the Nordic Digitalization manager.
What will make you successful
We are looking for a proactive, analytical and result-oriented team player with expertise in the area of system integration, managing databases and factory IS/IT.
Professional skills: You hold an educational background within either Electrical / Automation / System engineering, with experiences in databases, Window servers, physical networks, application creation and IT security.
In addition, you:
• Cross IT functional knowledge and solid experience in IT processes and organization, including Agile methodology
• Ability to understand and navigate the organization
• Strong experience with matrix organization and projects with multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience in driving suppliers
• It is beneficial with experience with structured approach for improvements and problem-solving, preferable TPM
• Are fluent in English both verbally and in writing
Personal skills: As a person, you are someone who enables change and development, and show a commitment to ensure continuous improvement.
In addition, you:

• possess strong communication and negotiation skills and know how to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape
• have a structured and organized work approach
