Factory Innovations and Master Data Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factory Innovations and Master Data Manager to join our team at BAT. As the Factory Innovations and Master Data Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring effective internal coordination and communication between all functions involved in the use of new basic data, including Production functions, Logistics, Production Scheduling, Finance, IT, Customs and Income, and Quality Assurance.

In your role as Factory Innovations and Master Data Manager your main tasks will include:

• To facilitate the deployment of New Initiatives and material changes
• To ensure all master data for all materials and Finished Goods is up to date
• To ensure SAP ECC system maintenance activities
• To ensure the efficient, thorough, accurate and reliable data recording activities of the Factory Basic Data Management Group
• Ensures through regional and local NPI processes that new products or changes related to projects are properly implemented, involving all relevant partnerships.
• Ensures New initiatives are deployed in the factory seamlessly

This recruitment process is a collaboration with Adecco. The role as Master Data Coordinator is a consultant assignment with starting date as soon as possible.
The office is located in Malmö.

About you
We are looking for someone with work experience in production, technology, quality or product. We believe that you have a strong ability to plan and prioritize your workday, good analytical thinking and great attention to details. 
To succeed in the role we see that you have an engineering degree and at least 1 years working experience within the field.

• Engineering degree
• Product knowledge experience
• Project experience.
• Experience working with third-party companies
• Experience in a regional / global work environment
• Knowledge of the TaO ECC (SAP) system
• Basic statistical knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office Computing Skills.
• Communication skills in English and Swedish
