The factory in Brastad with around 100 employees is at the forefront of precision engineering within the largest Division, Husqvarna Forest And Garden. We are dedicated to manufacturing components that ensure the reliability and performance of Husqvarna's professional products worldwide. Our expertise extends beyond traditional manufacturing to include innovative solutions for robotics, reinforcing our role as a leader in both industrial and consumer markets.
The role:
As the Factory Manager, you will be the driving force behind both the daily operations and the long-term strategic direction of our Brastad facility together with your management team of 7 people. You will oversee our state-of-the-art, highly automated component factory, ensuring our organization, work methods, and capacity align with our ambitious company goals. You will play a crucial role in leading our team towards new heights of efficiency, sustainability, and excellence.
Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure that components are available to customers in the required quantities, quality, and timeframes. Strive for efficiency and sustainability in all aspects of factory operations by implementing innovative solutions to reduce waste and improve productivity.
Ensure Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements affecting the factory's operations. Uphold the Brastad factory's policies and environmental standards. Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety in all operations.
Plan for the Future: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the future of the factory, setting achievable goals and aligning the team’s efforts towards meeting these objectives. Work closely with other departments to ensure the factory’s operations support the overall business strategy.

Who Are You?
10 years of experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or production environment.
Higher education in engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience assessed as comparable.
Demonstrated experience in managing and leading change initiatives within an organization.
Strong understanding of LEAN principles and environmental sustainability practices.
Ability to drive efficiency and innovation.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
You are a modern, humble, and people-oriented leader who embodies and fosters a sense of community and teamwork, encouraging collaboration across all levels of the organization. You understand that the success of the factory is rooted in the well-being and motivation of its employees.
You lead by example, prioritize open communication, and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Location: Brastad. Travel may be required as part of this position.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential for this role.
