Factory Manager - Sealing & Creasing

Supply Chain Operations Capital Equipment Carton Bottle - Carton Gable Top - Sealing & Creasing is responsible for all Carton Bottle and Carton Gable Top equipment supply, as well as the supply of sealing equipment and creasing tools to the group.This team is looking for a Manager for our Sealing & Creasing factory in Lund.

This important and challenging position has the following main responsibilities:

- Lead all supply chain related activities for Sealing and Creasing equipment, including defining and implementing supply chain strategies in this area, which is based on the overall SCO Capital Equipment strategy.Taking full responsibility of all quality, lead time and cost related aspects of the products we manufacture.

- Manage and lead the Sealing & Creasing team and the Sealing & Creasing factory, including the people and organizational development.Continuously work in securing that the factory is ready for current and future business challenges.

- Manage and lead key stakeholders and partner relations, such as Development & Engineering and Parts Supply Chain in Commercial Operations.

- Lead and drive continuous improvements through WCM methodology.

This position will report to the Director, SCO Capital Equipment CB, CGT and S&C.

Kvalifikationer

We put strong emphasis on finding a person with excellent leadership skills.We need someone who is used to managing change in a team-oriented manner, and has very strong coaching skills.Furthermore, we need someone with a high personal drive, result orientation, and strong communication skills.

You have a proven track record in managing production people and second line managers in a high volume production and manufacturing environment.You have the experience of working with change/quality management processes, especially WCM/Lean/TPM programs on an advanced level.Having experience in the Injection Moulding industry will be an advantage.A university degree, preferably with a technical specialisation and fluency in both spoken and written Swedish and English, is a must.
