Job Summary
Are you interested in playing a central role in developing Industrial IT and future automated and digitally connected converting equipment?
As a part of Tetra Pak´s Development organization, D&T Automation & Digital, Factory Architecture – we are responsible for driving and supporting the Industrial Base Engineering organization with IT/OT Architecture enablement.
Main tasks are to develop, maintain, and implement world class converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions. The Industrial Base Engineering organization has the ownership and responsibility to support projects and solutions with Industry 4.0 software for our factories in all converting technology areas.
The position is based in Lund.
What you will do
As a Solution Architect - Industrial IT you will work in technology and product development projects, from initial ideas to solutions ready for deployment in our converting factories. The position offers you a chance to develop your expertise in a broad technical area covering the full converting line process. As many digital solutions being developed jointly with IT, technologies as service bus, azure stack, microservices and APIs are developed in a cross-functional team. You will act as Lead Architect ensuring the quality of the Architecture Blueprints. Driving and facilitating the Architecture work. You will also assist other Architects in their projects. You will work in the Factory Architect Team together with a set of Architects with different skillsets, from Device/PLC to Cloud Architecture in an exciting and changing Industry.
Other responsibilities:
Ensure project-level Architecture & solution design is aligned with architecture standards, platforms and patterns
Ensure that projects are delivered with high quality forward-thinking designs that meet business needs
Support project teams in performing Architecture Fit and Architecture Reviews
Drive and coordinate high level Architecture and solution designs (blueprints), translating requirements into solution designs
Define and maintain application/infrastructure guidelines required for new IT/OT services
Drive technical and innovation projects according to architecture roadmaps
Coordinate Architecture and solution designs across IT and OT platforms.

We believe you have a university degree within Engineering. You have deep knowledge and at least 5 years work experience in industrial IT with focus on digital capabilities such as: Azure, IoT, Microservices, APIs. It is highly valuable if you have experience of data architecture. Furthermore, it is highly merited if you have interest in or knowledge of concepts like “smart factories”, Internet of Things” and “Industry 4.0”.
