Your main duties:
Building environment inventories, i.e. sampling of building materials and subsequent assessments.
Status inspection prior to environmental certification of buildings.
Sampling in the field, mainly for contaminants in soil and groundwater.
Proactive dialogue with our customers, authorities and other stakeholders.
Perform and handle environmental technical soil and groundwater surveys, risk assessments and action investigations.
Work with assignments related to, for example, exploitation, regulatory matters, transfers (Environmental due diligence), fuel stations, PFAS and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Most of the work will involve building environment inventories.
Travel in the service occurs for the fieldwork.

A relevant degree for work with pollution such as engineer, environmental scientist, natural scientist or equivalent
A genuine interest in environmental and sustainability issues
A communicative ability and expresses yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English
B driver's license.

Experience of investigation and measures of contaminated sites and/or building environment inventory, e.g. as a consultant, contractor, client or from the environmental authority will be considered a merit.
