Fatigue Engineer Commercial Jets

On behalf of a client in Hamburg, Germany, we are currently looking for an English speaking Fatigue Engineer (m/f).Our client is an innovative medium sized company in the area of aircraft-construction and all the related services. The objective of this activity is to review and update the maintenance program of basic variants in order to extend its Limit of Validity, taking into account the WFD (Wide Spread Fatigue Damage) evaluation.-ESG (Extended Sercvice Goal) activities including WFD evaluation up to new ESG.-Realization of maintenance programs taking into account mission mixes further to FS2008 outcomes.-Review the ALI selection criteria, using minimum scatter factor and potential other tasks in MRBR.-Intermediate Service Goal (ISG) validation, aimed at providing a "limited" extended LoV = ISG.- Reviewing and updating the current maintenance program.- Review and exploit of former Full Scale Fatigue Test results.- Review or rerun of existing analysis.- Reviews of SBs and serial MODs to ensure their validity up to ESG.-New MOD definition / inspection cancellation.-Revision of the Maintenance Program using harmonized directives.
