Fault tracer

The Advanced Fault Tracing Engineer SWDL has the responsibility to perform complete vehicle services, updates, Software download’s fault tracing, repair work and development work on all test objects (vehicles and rigs).
The role also includes to be the operating coordinator for ADAS and Homologation team and keep a good track of all activities and also be able to perform advanced fault tracing when issues appear and perform software download when updates are needed. The role also require that you are skilled in mechanical tasks. You will support the ADAS and Homologation team with all their project activities and also be the coordinator keeping a good track of all activities and vehicles in their test plans.


Requirements:
Technical Skills:
o Experience from complete vehicle product development and/or testing within automotive industry
o Minimum high school degree in vehicle technology or similar education
o Preferably minimum 5 years’ experience as a workshop mechanic/technician for complete vehicles
o Good complete vehicle knowledge (HW/SW/EV)
o Experienced in electrical fault tracing using computer and relevant programs (VIDA/Lynk DS/DSA or similar)
o Experience from working with measurement and analyzing tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer and INCA
Competence:
o Good computer knowledge
o Project Coordinating experience
o Driving license category B, driving license category BE is a merit
o Certificate for HV-work (power-up/-down)
o Certificate for hot work is a merit
o Intermediate level in English, both spoken and written and also good communication in Swedish
