About this opportunity
Are you an experienced Product Owner and/or a Technical Leader with great coordination skills and who is interested in leading our tech savvy development teams, enabling them to continuously deliver value to our business stakeholders?

We are now looking to strengthen our team with an experienced Feature Lead who will lead our teams that develop and integrate 5G Radio and Packet Core functionality.

Dedicated Network is part of Business Area Technologies and New Businesses which ventures well beyond the traditional boundaries of Ericsson’s core business. Demonstrating growth within global connectivity management, connected vehicles, industrial site connectivity, data, and network insights and security automation, we build customer and enterprise value. Our team has a key role in putting connectivity in a box, creating dedicated networks for our customers, enabling connectivity in mines, airports, ports and more. We have a huge focus on UX, putting that on the fore front of everything that we do and as our new front-end developer you would be key in making it happen.


What you will do
Contribute to the success of the Ericsson Private 5G product offering, focusing primarily, but not exclusively, in leading the development and integration of Ericsson 5G Core and Radio functionality in our product
Lead, prioritize and approve work that is done by development teams, securing that we as an organization are able to deliver value incrementally to our customers
Handle dependencies, lead and coordinate feature development across teams in both our own organization as well as with other Ericsson product development organizations
Together with our teams, system management and product management, break down business requirements to value adding features



You will bring
Several years of experience in Product ownership, Technical Coordination, Technical Project Management or equivalent
A highly developed ability to understand both business and technology, and to use that to balance between scope, time and quality
An ability to break down high level business requirements into features and user stories



Additional qualifications
Experience of Ericsson Radio products and/or Packet Core is a merit
Have a solid understanding of Lean and Agile development practices (Scrum)
Have a strong background in Software Development
