FESTIVAL OFFICE WORK LEADER

Arbetsbeskrivning

This is a full time position and living arrangements are on site. The duties of Festival Office Workleader is a central pillar to the harmony of our peak festival season operation. They tie all of the work groups together and provide the oversight to give instruction, feedback and interconnectivity to allow the summer magic to unfold. They report to the general manager and human resources, and their team is the festival office team. They will work closely with the Festival Administrator and General Manager to help produce the summer festivals. When the General Manager is not on site, the Festival Office work leader holds the primary responsibility for ensuring smooth running of the festivals.


Maintain and monitor festival communication channels including slack. Generating contact lists and handling phones to coordinators and key roles
Update and stay informed about special deal list (by request from the General manager). Be the primary point of contact if the booking office needs clarification during check-in.
Hold and coordinate the safety/wellbeing team, including the general wellbeing of all involved in the festivals.
Field incidents and accidents in coordination with the wellbeing team, Site and Safety and Management when necessary. To make requests for the removal of a participant or volunteer  go through the Management Circle (General Manager and Product manager) and the Volunteer Office Workleader.
Be available for incident response, become informed on procedures, document and elevate when necessary.

Delegate work to necessary working teams through the workleader
Connect logistical solutions to problems
Coordinate communications with the volunteer office
Maintains the work structure by becoming informed on existing procedures and building upon them to continue improvement and flow in work tasks
Communicates with managers and teams on needs and delegates workload with consideration to input
