Field Application Engineer with experience in Vector tools

We are looking for someone with the working experience in Vector tools for the position of Field Application Engineer in Gothenburg. You will be a Goismo employee and this will be your first assignment of many. If you have the relevant experience you could be our next employee!

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Technical expert on automotive vector tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, vTESTstudio.
· Conduct tool-specific sessions in various events.
· Need basis travel and interaction with the customers.
· Assist customers via telephone/mail/web conferencing as part of the usage of Vector solutions.
· Collaborate with the global support team to ensure consistency of quality implementation of all aspects of customer support.
· Learn new product functionality changes as needed.
· Develop positive relationships with the product lines and other functions at all levels to best service customers
Requirements:
· 5-12 yrs, with at least 3 years in the relevant field( automotive diagnostics/testing tools)
· Knowledge of OEM/Tier1 automotive ECU development and testing process.
· Desire to learn and explain technical concepts and procedures.
· Ability to recognize, develop and propose embedded software solutions to existing or potential customers
· Good knowledge of CAN technology along with general IT skills—PC hardware, windows, software installation and maintenance, networking.
· Working experience in automotive networking systems (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Flexray, etc.)
· Advanced oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences at all levels within the customer organization
