About the job
In this position, you provide technical knowledge, advice and support – both internally and externally – to resolve requests regarding our products and services. You ensure to maximize the benefits derived from Seco's products and work proactively to handle pre-sales activities. By analyzing customers’ technical needs, you develop proposals on how our products and services can meet these needs and integrate with their existing systems and equipment. You also handle post-sales activities which includes to resolve implementation challenges and respond to more complex technical questions regarding the products, and you develop and deliver training to educate internal and external partners on the features of indexable milling cutting tools solutions.
Some of your tasks include:
Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve technical problems that arise during or after implementation.
Develop test applications used for testing modules, including customer-specific components.
Liaise with our production units, R&D and product management for indexable milling to support them with market input.
Explore, identify, and develop new and existing application areas.

The location for this position is Fagersta and after your introduction we offer you a hybrid work solution. Travel across the Nordic countries is a natural part of your job.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with extensive knowledge of indexable milling applications and the ability to understand and propose solutions according to our customer’s needs. Previous experience in a similar role is highly beneficial. Acting locally in a global organization calls for excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish.
