Field Marketing Manager

RaySafe focuses on solutions for the X-ray room that help to protect patients from unnecessary radiation, help staff reduce their radiation exposure and simplify measurement on X-ray equipment


JOB SUMMARY


To develop and execute EMEA’s marketing plan, and work with global marketing and regional sales directors/managers to generate leads and new sales opportunities across EMEA and APAC regions.

Lead and manage local lead generation campaigns, including vertical market campaigns, regional campaigns and promotions, PR, channel support programs, trade show and events.



STANDARD WORK
Campaign Automation: Develop a calendar of marketing programs to support sales funnel and conversion and measure marketing ROI from lead to dollar conversion. Provide effect method for automation of reporting and cadence of review both with commercial sales teams and localized review with channel and digital teams.
Establish, Duplicate and Institutionalize Best Practices: Develop systems for maintaining ‘what winning looks like’ and how to duplicate wins and penetrate accounts for deeper share of wallet. Work with Product Launch Teams to develop application wins and target new customers.
Visual Management and Corrective Action: Establish visual management system for measurement of marketing effectiveness. System needs to be run automatically with granularity to the point of impact. Set expectations of action plans and problem solving to support countermeasures.


Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role preferable within a matrixed organization.
•Strong data analysis, analytical and strategic thinking skills.
•Must be a team player and have the ability to motivate a sales team
•Skills in direct / database marketing, running marketing campaigns, PR, trade shows/events
•A highly organized individual able to work with the minimum amount of supervision.
•Excellent communication and influencing skills – customer/interpersonal interfacing skills.
•Experience from the medical industry is a benefit
•Candidates living in the Gothenburg/ Billdal area are highly preferred.
