Field Marketing Manager - Nordics and Benelux
Are you an experienced marketing professional with a passion for technology and a knack for driving successful field marketing strategies? SUSE Software is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join a skilled team and lead marketing initiatives across the Nordics and Benelux regions.
JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be managing and executing all marketing activities in your own sub-regions, be responsible for demand generation, and using a broad range of online and offline programs to ensure the conversion to marketing qualified leads.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to drive brand awareness and demand generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.
Plan and execute regional events, webinars, and tradeshows to engage with customers and prospects.
Utilize market insights and customer feedback to tailor marketing strategies to local market needs.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and measure ROI on marketing activities.
Create compelling content and messaging for various marketing channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Analyze and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Drive the marketing strategy that aligns with sales goals and includes agreed and measurable targets and objectives (goal of achieving 25% of the directing sales pipeline).
Manage the successful delivery of field marketing programs and activities as part of the plan that leverages the full marketing mix including digital; off-line; a variety of events approaches and has the ability to innovate routine
Plan and manage your regional budget.
Align closely with global marketing, partner marketing, Marketing Operations, PR, and communications team.
Track, measure, and report in a timely manner the success of each program against overall objectives.
You will be the main point of contact for sales leadership, various marketing stakeholders such as our Sales Development Representative team, the Marketing Operations team, and Global Partner Marketing, and more. Activities could include customer and/or partner events; digital marketing (in partnership with the global demand management team) and a solid mix of various other demand generation activities.
Your end goal is to implement the best possible strategy to increase conversions and pipeline. In doing so, we welcome initiatives and ideas greatly trusting your instinct to deliver stellar marketing programs. Of course, you will then consistently monitor your programs and analyse the results deriving from your efforts.
COMPETENCES Proven experience in field marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Experience in demand creation (online and offline), channel and field marketing
Excellent knowledge of digital demand generation tactics, channel, and alliances
Good knowledge of Account Based Marketing and Intent-Based Intelligence Marketing
Proven ability to build strong relationships with sales management and stakeholders
Strong project management skills
Experience with sales marketing automation systems e.g. Marketo, SFDC, Go2Webinar
Strong knowledge of the Nordics and Benelux market.
Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of local languages is a plus.
