Our customer is a known worldwide technology company that is now looking for a Field Marketing Manager that wants to work in a creative and playful environment. The company has a start-up atmosphere but with the advantages of a global player.

And their teams are dedicated to helping customers — developers, small and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. 
The Cloud Field Marketing team is responsible for raising awareness and interest about Cloud based products among enterprises, start-ups and developers everywhere and shepherding these individuals through a seamless customer journey, from interest to discovery, trial, commitment and advocacy, fueling market share growth. 
You'll be a professional marketer driving Cloud product awareness, new business acquisition, customer development and user community programs. You're a passionate and results-driven individual with experience in a software or other high-tech cloud B2B organization. This role will involve developing customer use case stories, building a large, loyal and engaged customer base and actively working with a direct sales team on scalable enterprise and start-up marketing programs and campaigns across multiple segments and channels.
Drive Enterprise marketing for a segment of clients including the planning, development and execution of all enterprise and marketing initiatives, serving as marketing expert and strategist for local Sales Leadership and team
Collaborate with cross-functional manager teammates to develop compelling, high-impact campaigns and ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs across multiple channels to successfully engage target accounts and generate pipeline/opportunities for Sales
Align marketing with sales to ensure demand generation campaigns are synchronized with sales priorities, objectives and goals
Coordinate with other Marketing teams on Enterprise marketing activities (such as Corporate Events, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, PR and Digital) to provide strategic leadership
Help deliver insightful reporting and analytics to demonstrate marketing programs impact. Define and track key metrics to optimize marketing campaigns, help with dashboards, and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed

Skills 
Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in B2B technology marketing or field marketing
- Ability to speak and write in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages fluently and idiomatically

Desired
- Strong experience in Enterprise account based marketing and developing and executing multiple marketing plans for large complex accounts
- Strong leadership skills including stakeholder management in a matrix organization
- Strong local network and affinity with the Cloud Market
- Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
- Distinctive problem-solving, strategic and analytical capabilities with a track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
- Hands-on Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation tools (Marketo) and tracking tools to assess campaign effectiveness
- Sense of humor. We strive to make a difference, dream big, move fast and sometimes find ourselves building the plane as we fly.

The role is a temporary assignment starting immediately and will run for approximately one year. The role requires travel within Nordic Countries: 1-2 times a month for few days.
