All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or equivalent knowledge/experience
Significant experience in field service, engineering, or operations PM Knowledge of Scheduling Software (Primavera or MS Project) and Earned Value Management technique
Self-started able to drive sustainable results
Entrepreneurial/Change agent mindset
Ability to energize teams and view change as an opportunity
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process skills
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and verbal written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a culturally diverse and highly matrixes environments

Essential Responsibilities:
Manage the regional field operations team and optimize workforce utilization
Responsible to drive EHS culture and 100% compliance with all communications, policies and procedures
Drive operational execution continuous improvement and productivity
Own JCE full execution at task and feedback for continuous improvement
Be operational and technical contact point for the Customer at site regional level
Benchmark against O&M Fleet Best Practices to provide improvement recommendations for maximizing fleet availability and performance
Be responsible to optimize 3rd party utilization and EHS performance
Monitor and optimize material flow and logistics in coordination with the central warehouses and 3rd party suppliers
Identify, raise and support sales to materialize sales opportunities
Ensure proper use of the different GE’s IT systems and processes in the region
Partner with technical support functions to drive proper and timely technical issue resolution
Accountable on field Quality, partner with regional quality team
Develop and grow the team expertise and capabilities
