Purpose of the job
The Field Operations Programme Lead is managing the resource planning for field operations engineers. The Field Operations Programme Lead is also supporting the relevant solution domains, supporting the Field Operations managers with status updates and progress monitoring, and providing performance improvement actions (including, for example, the definition of KPIs and monthly performance reviews).
Key responsibilities
Provide resource planning for the Field Operations programme.
Ensure gaps in planning and resources are identified and reported.
Ensure the resource planning is aligned with the key stakeholders like work package owners, project managers and individual field operations engineers.
Qualifications & Functional Knowledge
Master or Bachelor degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience.
3 years or more experience in Project Management related field
Experience in Railway/Construction/Automotive industry
Advanced Planning knowledge
Empathic and Good team leadership spirit in multi-cultural environment
Solves complex problems; analyses possible solutions using tools, data, experience, and judgment
Interviewing, Listening, Analysis, Writing, Presentation, Concise, Interpersonal communication
Initiatives, self-motivated, curious and speed learning
Strong focus on finding solutions
Demonstrates sound and comprehensive communication and diplomacy skills
Agile in MS OFFICE & 365 environment, Oracle Primavera system and ERP Systems
Strong communication skills in English
