About the Job

As our Field QA Engineer, you will help Verisure continuously improve the quality of the products. We believe that you have a strong sense of responsibility and like to take ownership of your work.

Your main job responsibilities:
* Drive continuous improvement of Verisure product and service performance working together with marketing, business operations and technology teams
* Identify and prioritize issues according to business impact
* Lead improvement actions definition and implementation in technology teams and manufacturing
* Support our engineering teams on the definition and development of quality key initiatives within the factory space
* Bring structure to the team and ways of working and support with handling tasks in Jira.

You will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance of Technology North.

What you bring
 

We believe that you have an understanding of IT and it is an advantage if you are experienced working with similar products since before. Moreover, you can communicate clearly around strategies and have excellent relationship building skills. You are organized and able to maintain a holistic overview.

We are an international company with offices and colleagues in multiple countries. To ensure efficiency and clear communication we need all employees to be fluent in English.
