The dep of Field Quality (FQ) Case Builder is organized within the function Field Quality Analysis (FQA) and is responsible for performing statistical analysis; prioritizing and creating fast preparations of all field quality problems to be resolved for all VCE products i.e. manage the field quality feedback. FQ Case Builder dep will be a major part taking the quality escalation to its next improved level.
FQ Case Builders are working in close collaboration with product maintenance teams, the sales regions and technical support teams. FQ Case Builders are present in all main sites and has a pure global activity field with multiple interactions in the field as well inside the company, why travel from time to time is required.
The FQ Case Builders are responsible for analyses and reporting of the field quality situation for all VCE products in all regions and markets. The Field Quality Case Builder acts as leader in the Define, Measure and Control phases within the Product Maintenance process within an appointed product area.
The Field Quality Case Builder dep will meet the customer focus approach, called Customer Quality problems, together with all functions in Product Support. To do that the dep will expand with a Field Quality Case builder with location in Eskilstuna, to primarily support Customer quality issues. The role as field quality case builder customer quality problems includes coverage of the majority of VCE product range. In addition to securing customer quality problems are identified and addressed it will from time to time requires that improvement project are driven within PM-process. This role will be included such tasks representing Field Quality Analysis and drive this activities.

The Case Builder identifies and drives the customer quality problems activities in the Define and Measure phase together with the regions and the cross functional Product maintenance teams
Prepare and present project charters and business cases on Customer Quality issues to PM Project Managers
Create statistical packages and interpret statistical information together with PMT
Provide PM Managers with enough information to support the Root cause analysis
Set final priority on Chase-Cases and support PM Project Managers on making prioritization among related Customer quality issues and field quality issues
Initiate, calculate and evaluate data on extended warranty for decision
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor´s degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience from quality or relevant fields in the construction equipment industry
Six sigma methodology competence or equivalent
Requirements
Fluent in English both verbal and writing
Good understanding of customer and dealer need
Travelling
Strong skills in writing reports and other documents
