Exciting Field Sales Manager Opportunity – Scandinavia!


We are seeking a driven and proactive Field Sales Manager – Scandinavia to join our Advanced Materials Sales Team Europe. This role will focus on expanding our market presence across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, aligning with our company's vision and mission. About the Role:
What will your mission with us encompass: 
Customer-Centric Sales: Provide comprehensive service to defined business customers, promoting advanced stainless steel and nickel alloys.
Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement account strategies across Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, while driving the broader sales strategy for the product portfolio.
Proactive Customer Engagement: Regularly visit customers, deeply understand their business needs, and deliver tailored solutions.
Business Development: Acquire new customers, win back previous ones, and monitor market trends to drive growth.
Collaboration & Networking: Work across departments globally and participate in trade fairs, factory visits, and customer seminars.

About You:
Something that will help you to excel in this role: 
Academic degree in a technical or commercial field, or completing a commercial apprenticeship, is advantageous.
Knowledge of stainless steel production and selling to the Scandinavian environment is also advantageous.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, PowerBi is an advantage.
Proactive sales mindset with technical understanding, familiarity with technical specifications and standards.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
You have a hunting for success mentality, strategic & out-of-the-box thinking, and willingness for professional growth within the sales domain.

Location and Reporting:
You are preferably based in Sweden, with the flexibility and travelling across Scandinavia.
