Due to increased activities we are now hiring in Gothenburg, Sweden, a qualified Field Service Administrator to support our business. The position is permanent.
Main Responsibilities:
Invoicing of Field Service- and workshop work
Purchasing to our workshop
Responsible for maintaining customer and vendor master data
Support with man-hour registration and prepare basis for payroll
Support our resource department with travel expense reports, mobility app and other IT related systems
Support with travel coordination and visa applications
Support in maintaining the register of visa, certificates, vaccinations, passports etc of all engineers
Continuously look for improvements in own, and others, area of responsibility and propose solutions
Assignment to other tasks as given by line manager
Continuously stay up to-date with company policies and guidelines
Requirements:
Bsc. in economics, accounting or equivalent is beneficial, but not a requirement
Good IT knowledge and SAP experience is valuable
Fluent in Swedish and English
Office tools

Proactive & Structured
Organized mindset & works well under pressure
Curious & Detailed oriented
