Northvolt has an exciting job offer for a Field Service Engineer to join our passionate team in Stockholm.
In joining us you will play an important part in building one of the first large scale European battery factories. Northvolt will play an important role in the transformation to a carbon free society.
Our Field Service Engineers are responsible of our delivered products at customer locations. As part of the Service Operations team you will have the opportunity to impact & build an service organization, an be part of scaling Northvolt’s operations in Sweden and beyond.
You will be working in close contact with our customers on site providing direct and remote support on our products.
Traveling and working at customer site is a large part of this role and applicants should expect to be away the majority of workdays.
In general you have a long experience in the field and are used to facing customers.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintaining a good Health & Safety culture
Plan & Lead service of delivered products at customer locations
Remote support customers in servicing delivered products
Document service performed and feedback to design teams
Anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner and to identify opportunities for improvement
