Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer at Excillum you will work with planning as well as delivering customer support both remotely and on-site all over the world. The products you will be working with are MetalJet and NanoTube and they are technically advanced, whereof you in this role will be able to futher develop your knowledge in both hardware and software. As a member of our Service & Support team, you will be working with a wide range of tasks facing our customers. This includes:

- Handling installation, maintenance, upgrades and product modifications

- Managing the installed base and ensuring its operational performance

- Deliver training for our customers on site and at Excillum

- Customer communications

- Product and operational improvements

- Making recommendations for preventive maintenance and spares supply to the customer



To succeed in this job...

We believe you are skilled in communication and have a high level of customer service. You have experience from similar industries and you’re interested in gaining a solid understanding of how our customers are using the technology in their analytical and imaging application.

You also have...

- A B.Sc./M.Sc./PhD in Engineering/Chemistry/Physics/Material Science or similar obtained knowledge

- Ability to travel extensively

- Professional knowledge in English, with further languages being an advantage
