Your new role
As Field Service Engineer, you will be supporting customers in terms of installations, scheduled preventive maintenance and repairs of equipment sold by Cyclomedica (both own and third party products).
The role will be primarily responsible for the southern parts of Sweden, as well as Denmark, but may from time to time need to travel to customer sites elsewhere in the Nordics as backup for or in collaboration with the Service Manager Nordics.

You will be part of a small Nordics team with a great company culture, which goes across the global organisation. Your on-boarding in the role will include product training, in addition to shadowing your experienced field service colleague.

The role is home-based, preferably in the southern regions of Sweden, with expected travel being about 30% of work time. The role reports to the Service Manager, Nordics.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you have prior working experience as a field service engineer, either at a medical device company (manufacturing company or distributor) or at a hospital setting as biomedical engineer, ideally with some 10 years of work experience.

You will need:

* Academic education in biomedical engineering or similar (alternatively work experience in the trade - service engineer in typically in electrical engineering, if not biomedical engineering).
* Good communication skills
* Fluency in English and Swedish
