As a Field Service Engineer MR, you will be part of a successful and dedicated service team. In this role you will be responsible for independently performing the daily service on our customer's MR equipment. You will play a leading role in new installations whilst developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.


Job Details
Responsibilities
Perform scheduled maintenance and corrective service at customer sites.
Planning & Logistics of carrying out required maintenance within set timeframes and within company policy (ISO 9001)
Report and escalate technical issues through agreed escalation routes
Identify potential business opportunities and collaborate with sales

Qualifications and experience
Relevant electronic and technical education
Excellent communication skills with experience communicating at various levels within a business.
Ability to work independently and to manage own workload
Fluent in Swedish & English

Desirable skills
Experience within the same industry and/or similar position
Commercial understanding
Good IT knowledge with a familiarity of RIS & PACS
Willingness for extensive travel (domestic)
