Your knowledge contributes to our success!
You will by helping to identify new ways to add value for our customers, consistently providing timely, high-quality, on-site troubleshooting and maintenance services for high-performance bio-analytical measurement and research instrumentation.
In this role, you will provide professional field service support for Molecular Devices products, performing to agreed service levels for all customers within the assigned territory.

The role is field-based in Sweden (Mostly Stockholm region 75% and 15-25% in the Gothenburg area). The role is also required to support the Danish market occasionally and support other European market when required. You will be required to travel for trainings in UK, Austria or USA (San Jose).

Your responsibility summed up
As a Field service Engineer, you will be responsible for key account assigned customer service calls, repairs, installations, preventative maintenance and Operational Qualification schedules and ensuring timely closure of outstanding service issues. Moreover, you:
Develop and maintain positive and professional relationships with both external and internal customers to exceed their service expectations
Manage tools and test equipment inventory ensuring diagnostic tools are continuously calibrated as required
Complete all administrative tasks within target timelines, including call scheduling, call closure, and providing detailed field service reports for all service activities
Promote a consistently positive image of the service organization, our company values, and the value of our products and services
Assisting other field service colleagues when required to ensure high customer satisfaction



Who are you?
We expect you to possess the qualifications, experience, and skills set out below to meet the role requirements and embrace the Danaher Values. Furthermore, a recognized qualification in an electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering field or similar. You possess:
Experience in a field service role
Good mechanical, electronics, and electrical experience and knowledge of assembly-level fault finding and testing


You work independently with a customer focused drive and a can-do attitude displaying good interpersonal and communicative skills. Alongside this, you have excellent PC, IT, software, and overall computer skills.
