Field Service Engineer

Your Main Responsibilities

As a manufacturer of premium measuring systems, Sympatec is known for excellent product and service quality paired with outstanding customer satisfaction. One of the keys to our success is our professional international customer service.

To strengthen our After-Sales Service, we are looking for a motivated and committed professional. After a thorough training, your area of responsibility includes the commissioning and user training of the Sympatec instruments at our customers' sites. Then you take care of the systems through maintenance and repair work. You will be travelling domestically and internationally, as well as providing support from your workplace.

Your Qualifications

You have successfully completed a technical or engineering education or have comparable professional experience with a technical orientation (electronics, mechatronics, etc.). With a keen interest in complex technologies, you can tailor both equipment and software to customer applications. Your education is the basis we build on. Whether you are a junior or professional - we rely on your commitment. Required are professional skills, motivation, customer orientation and willingness to travel with a broader view of working hours. In addition, you possess the ability to work in a team and organize efficiently, but also work independently. The position requires a valid driver's license and at least the permanent residence in Sweden, as well as a valid passport. The language spoken in the office is Swedish, other Nordic languages are welcome as well as
German; English is compulsory.
